Marlowhire is a Winnipeg-based recruitment firm working with startups, scale-ups and established Canadian employers who care who joins their team. We handle permanent and contract hiring end to end — market mapping, direct approach, screening, interview design, offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up.

People before pipelines
No CV floods and no mass outreach. We interview every candidate before they reach you, brief them properly on the team and the work, and stay close through offer, notice period and first ninety days.
How we run a search
Short list. Long context.
We don't ship CV floods. Each search closes with three to five hand-mapped operators and a written note on why.
Week 1
Kickoff & scorecard
A 90-minute session with the hiring manager. We write the role, the bar, and the deal-breakers together.
Week 2
Mapping
We map the pool from scratch every time — no reused pipelines. Outreach is written for the role, not for the batch.
Week 3
Shortlist
Three to five candidates, each with a written brief covering fit, gaps and salary reality.
Week 4+
Offer & aftercare
We help you close, negotiate, and check in at 30, 60 and 180 days.
